"Rented this gorgeous home for a girls’ weekend and it was perfect! It is set up well for adults to have their own space but also wonderful and large community spaces. The highlight is definitely the gorgeous pool area, though we also thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable living room and incredibly well-stocked kitchen. The property managers we absolutely fantastic and helped us out whenever we needed assistance. 10/10 and I would definitely rent again!"

"I spent a wonderful long weekend in this Fern Valley house. The neighborhood is very quiet, I enjoyed listening to bird songs, the house is all surrounded by beautiful trees. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. A great living room for relaxing and reading. A full kitchen for making your own meals if you feel like it. "We were not aware of the sound ordinance restricting music outside homes in Palm Springs … always! You are never allowed to have music outside your home or inside with the doors open. It is a city rule. The place was beautiful, Brad was amazing! The location was excellent and the kitchen and house was well stocked for us all! The pool is salt water and was perfect for the three of us. The bbq was great and everything was like we were home! We will definitely reach back out to RPS for any future...

The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The property also has some very nice touches like a dog bed, umbrella and scarf in case you've forgotten those things. It's also conveniently located within walking distance from town."

Beautiful Place!
"Our first time at this property. Very clean. Friendly staff. Rachel was very helpful from days before our arrival to our check-in. She made the process flawless and was very professional, warm, and friendly. The pool could use more lounge chairs and towels but I also understand that this property is not 100% open. Everything in our cottage functioned accordingly. Would suggest having several doggy bag dispensers with trash cans around the property. While we came prepared, we noticed some pet owners were not and did not pick up after their pets. We'll definitely be back for longer stays!"
