“No restrooms out by the pool!! Cement mixer working out by the pool on Thursday am they started at 9 , that's what time the pool opens.ots of debris in pool in the afternoon.”

“The room was clean. The staff is always accompanying. The breakfast is well stocked and the kitchen is clean. I've stayed here on all my visits to Oklahoma and will continue to do so. Unmatched by any close hotels. 5 stars is warranted.”

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“The place is rundown. The sink had cracks in it. The floor tile was coming up in certain spots. The entire place needed a paint job. Not planning on coming back. Plus, the smoke alarm kept beeping. Maintenance came and fixed it but during the night (1 am) it started up again and my husband ended up disconnecting it. They did not provide coffee, only cereal.”

“We (5) had a 2 bd/2 bath suite and it was excellent. Stayed one night, so didn’t use amenities, but saw the outdoor pool that looked great & fitness room. Breakfast was very good, location right near the freeway. Comfortable beds, great showers/bathrooms. We wish all Homewood Suites or other hotels had this room size option.”

“At check-in, we were informed our room would only be cleaned every other day. NEVER cleaned it once. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and cups. I informed the main desk the room still had not been cleaned. They never cleaned it. I had to take our overflowing trash cans and dump them myself. So for our entire stay of 4 days our room was never cleaned. I wont be staying here again.”

“I rented the motel room for Friday the 26th and the Saturday 27th for my 50th class reunion thinking the motel was in Altus okla.,it was advertised in the Altus Web sight.,coming to find out that the motel was in Frederick okla.,so I tried to cancel the booking right there and then and they would not give me a refund on my credit card.,no refunds if you didn't get the insurance,that's so wrong in every way,I tried to get the refund about a minute after I booked it right after I realized it was……

“Front desk gentleman was nice and friendly. That was the only positive thing about this establishment. Literally piles of dead bugs in corners. Active bugs crawling everywhere. Dresser missing drawers. Hairs in tub, on walls, and toilet. Air conditioner hanging off wall. Non smoking room smells like an 80 year old chain smoker lives there. I showered with shoes on. I slept with toilet paper balled up in my ears for fear of bugs crawling in while I slept ON TOP OF THE COVERS. Im not one to……

“Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining.”
