“I booked this cabin for my husband and a group of guys for the weekend. The guys had a fantastic time and said the cabin was perfect for the weekend getaway. There was plenty of room and my husband said the host was fantastic they stayed over a weekend that got significant snowfall and the host was great about checkout times being that the roads needed to be cleared. The guys all said they’d go back again! A real gem of a find!”

“Buyer Beware- This host forced me to spend the night in a 100 degree cabin with no AC and although it wasn't listed as an amenity the host never replied to the question of "Is there AC?" Upon arrival and discovering the lack of any cooling capacity on the hottest day of the year the host denied the refund request. Combine this with the complete lack of WIFI (Advertised amenity) and you have the longest inferno of a night imaginable. Do not rent this place in the summer and be sure to consider……

“Fantastic stay at this Butterfield Lake cabin!We had a wonderful family vacation here with our group of 11, including three little ones under three, and the cabin handled us all with ease. It was incredibly spacious with easy access down to the lake — perfect for fishing and swimming from the pontoon and the dock. It includes paddle boards and kayaks which were a big hit! Everything inside was brand new, and it showed; the beds were extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness was absolutely……
