“Unfortunately our room smoking smell was terrible, very simple breakfast, but very polite stuff ,very clean room .location very close to subway stations.”

“It was all that I planned and wished for. The free parking was great even though it has quite a steep ramps. The room was quite large with a King bed and single bed for my adult kid. mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb on top floor with balconies all around. Staff quite helpful. Internet worked amazingly. Shower and bathroom were clean and easy to use. Half hour drive to the main airport. Price was reasonable. What more can you want?”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was i personally thought that duvets and duvets covers needed to be replaced as they had stains on the duvets and covers were torn. When speaking to the reception they replaced them straight away. The rooms were very clean. Very ideal for a family as there was a supermarket next door and a carrefour few minutes away. The hotel was very family friendly . I enjoyed my stay.”

“This is my 2nd stay at Ramada Plaza hotel Istanbul city Centre during this 2-week trip in Istanbul. Unfortunately, this 2-night stay was not as satisfying as our first stay. There were 2 main issues: (1) water leaking out from the shower in our first night, resulting in quite a mess on the bathroom floor. We subsequently told the receptionist to have the technician to fix it on the second day. It was never fixed. Water continued to leak out on the second night. (2) Housekeeper did not……
