"The is an absolutely lovely hotel. The neighborhood cannot be beat. So much great food and a very local vibe. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"

"Hotel is located on the outskirts of Verona and takes approx. 15 mins walk to the centre & approx. 10 mins to the station (which was a positive). Property is tired and requires a large investment for renovation. Hotel is classified as a 4 star but is more like a 3 star, rooms do not have an iron or ironing board, every day I had to request milk/cream for tea in my bedroom. A kettle was provided but the plug did not fit in the socket. European adaptors did not fit in many of the sockets. One particular day the rain was awful and when I returned to the hotel I asked if my trousers could be dried and was told "no". I questioned if they had a laundry service and was told that they were unable to launder my trousers, again, for a 4 star hotel I would expect this service to be available. TV in the room was not working and had to request maintenance to visit. Fridge in the room did not work and tap in the bathroom needed maintenance as each time you turned it on, it made an horrendous noise. Overall an 'OK' hotel but would not stay again if I was in Verona."

"Friendly Rooftop staff.Had safe issues sorted immediately. Breakfast Amazing and also offer a takeout one but you order in advance. Room awful not value for money tho clean smaller than we expected for a Executive room. 9th floor in a corner where the drainpipes were! so continual noise from the rain water even after rain had stopped. Would be better not to put people through the stress of being in this room when it is a 60th birthday celebration and the paying guest needs to sleep for health reasons and early travel we slept one night out of three nights stay. On complaining we were ignored and found staff rude after three complaints,and a room visit to record the noise which the gentleman agreed was noisy It would of been better customer service to move us for the last two nights. I wrote a email to hotel whilst travelling to Laguna for the day I had no reply. On returning to our room a token of bubbly and fruit which I thought was too little to late. We were so tired we drank one glass each the rest was left to go flat unfortunately with no apologies made . Excellent location and most staff very obliging . Aurora especially in the Rooftop terrace."

"Breakfast was amazing! So many choices, everything tasted great, many staff keeping everything tidy and servers were very attentive. Also great location for flights out of Rome with the walkway. Every staff member smiled and said hello/ ciao , room was clean, bed extremely comfy. Kudos to all at the hotel. Would absolutely stay again! "

"Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooftop bar area offers amazing views, especially in the evening for sunset. We also had some of the best drinks of our trip there! We were travelling with back packs across many different cities in Italy so the free laundrette facilities were a super helpful surprise! The room was clean overall the hotel was great, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also really good. There were some lovely little restaurants very close by offering pasta and pizza, both very tasty! Highly recommend this hotel and will likely look for more of their hotels in other countries when travelling!"
