The staff was incredibly friendly, but the hotel and parking lot were in a terrible state. Additionally, most of the doors were inaccessible.

Decent experience with this hotel. The king bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast had variety and was pretty good. Room 119 where we stayed smelled like mildew and the entire carpet was damp. Bathroom mirror looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in months. Two of the four exercise equipment in the exercise room could not be powered on and there was a very large cobweb around the window. No water in the exercise room. Looked like no one had checked in on the condition of the exercise room in weeks.

Stay here ONKY if it’s your LAST resort. This was my 2nd time here and thought I’d give them a 2nd chance. Well I regret it. Access Doors not working. Pothole galore, NO refrigerator, bathtub backed up. Toilet wouldn’t flush, hair on our bed, tissue box made to look full but was empty, power receptacles not working, I asked if maintenance could fix the toilet and the tub while we gone and I was told it will be taken care of, well it wasn’t. Then I was told no maintenance works on wkends, ( looks more like there’s never maintenance) , cold coffee in the lobby ugh disgusting all together. I’m done.

Out dated & not well maintained. The room smelled damp The drain in bathroom was down so the water was taking forever to go down. The gym had no air. The AC was broken. They had a water cooler & it was always empty. I mentioned it & nothing happened. There were cobwebs in there. I spent a lot of $$ there for parents weekend cause I could get the Fairfield Marriott which is far better in every way!! I had no choice but to stay there. The staff is nice. Housekeeping did not close my door all the way that it remained partially opened. No good!! Thank goodness my bag was with me!
