5 bedroom lake front home on Lake Secession

This lakefront property is a newly renovated modular home that is large enough for several families to vacation together! Offering 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large kitchen and a dining area with seating for 12. This home has enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time.

There is a master suite with a king bed and full bathroom including a spacious bathtub and double sinks.

There are 3 queen bedrooms. All three have large closets for storage.

The bunk room includes 4 beds and a futon so it can easily accommodate 6 people and is perfect for teens and young

The outside amenities include an extra large, partially covered deck that offers a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of entertaining and dining space equipped with a grill. There is also a waterfront deck that is perfect for fishing, sunbathing and a dock for storing your boat.

The home is in a quiet cove perfect for swimming and conveniently located near Jets Landing, the waterfront store with gas and snacks. WiFi is provided so that you can log into your personal streaming services.

Sheets and towels are provided. Cleaning Fee of $200 is added to all reservations.

The house and setting were absolutely lovely, the house was well decorated and spacious, the lake was a ton of fun, and communication with the host was excellent. We really felt welcome and enjoyed most of our stay. That being said, there were a few cleanliness issues, mold and grime on the grill required a trip into town for cleaning supplies and an hour of elbow grease, expired food in cabinets, lightbulbs out, and a broken doorknob that left my son stuck in a bathroom. HOWEVER, all of these things can be attributed to the fact that March is probably the off season and we were likely the first guests in a while, and we really did enjoy our stay regardless of the few issues!!

Wonderful Trip
We enjoyed the week swimming and sunning. We were able to rent a pontoon and explore the lake as well. Neighbors were super nice. The accommodations were perfect for our large group, and even was child friendly for my 2 yr old grandson. We had a blast and will definitely be back !

This property is incredible for large families. There was so much space in the house and the set up is just incredible to be able to hang out with your family and friends while also have a nice quiet place to sleep.

Great little hideway near outdoor activities!
Great accommodations and great host! Sleeping arrangements were great with 4 different bedroom. Primary bedroom was a true primary. Smart TV's in 4 main bedrooms. Deck is large and plenty of seating inside and OUT! Fans on porch were a nice touch. And propane grill. Thank you!

We had a large group of adults in for a weekend wedding. The house is big enough for a lot of people. The bunk room is probably comfortable for kids but not really for adults. The beds in the 4 bedrooms were very comfortable as was the large couch in the main living room. The deck is fantastic, spent a lot of time out there with the family.

We were 5 siblings and 4 of our spouses in the area to attend a 50 year church anniversary reunion. This place was excellent for us. We enjoyed relaxing times at this lakeside home. Wonderful family vacation
This house was perfect! Plenty of space, all the touches to feel just like home. Plenty of linens/towels, all kitchen appliances even an ice maker! Great back deck with covered/lighted area and a large canopy over open portion. Back yard is great for kids to play and the floating dock/trampoline was a huge hit! TVs are all smart, my nephews had a blast on the gaming console, and there’s even a full sized wooden cornhole set! You won’t find a better house on many lakes! We will definitely be back!

Peaceful Beauty
My daughter got married at a local venue and this was the perfect place for all of us to stay during the weekend. There was plenty of space for our entire family and bridal party to fellowship. The space is amazing. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful quiet weekend. Karen was so helpful and everything I needed. Will definitely be booking this again!

Not what the puctures mske it seem
The home was dirty and lacked basic maitenance, like caulking around the tubs. In addition, there were bugs around the home. It needs a good spraying from an exterminator.b once we arrived, we needed help with TV. Owner never answered our request. We were told by the current owner, the home was under contract. It is. clear the current owner is done with this mobile home. in the VRBO, it was not listed as a double wude trailer. Finally, the lake was down abt 7 feet, so it was hard to get in it and enjoy.

The house is very spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out, big kitchen and dinning room accommodates family dinners. Lake is beautiful and I enjoyed been able to see kids playing in the water right from the porch. Quiet cove, we were able to paddle board and just relax without worrying about boat traffic. When we first pulled in to the town of Iva we didn’t know what to expect. But when we entered the driveway it’s a great area right on the water and friendly neighbors! The house is very roomy!!! Great experience overall!

Great Lake getaway!!
We took a family trip consisting of my parents, my family, and my brother’s family. We had 6 adults and 4 kids ranging from 3-14 years old. Everyone had a great time fishing and relaxing. The house had plenty of room to accommodate everyone and lots of space for parking. The deck was a great place to sit and watch the kids outside and relax with a cup of coffee and a book in the mornings. The fans on the deck kept the bugs away. We took our own boat but we also enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board that were provided. The neighborhood was quiet. I recommend Sportsman’s One Stop if you are looking for a local bait shop. They were really friendly and helpful. The IGA left a lot to be desired but we took with us most of what we needed to cook for the week. The owners also had stocked several spices, condiments and other things for us to use. It was also very helpful that there were two fridges to accommodate our large group. We look forward to returning to the property! It was a great place to stay and you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making it welcoming for everyone.
