"Our air went out early hours of the morning. Call front desk to tell them the problem basically told us we had to deal with it since they had no maintenance on the property. No elevator been broke about 2 months ago.Could'nt get no clean towels until the next day"

"There was a shortage of parking spaces for this hotel. I got back from a concert after midnight, and I had to park behind a neighboring hotel, praying that my car wouldn't get towed before morning. Everything else was great!"

"The staff was very friendly. No issues there. But the room we were issued was rather gross. Lots of hair through out the room. And the walls in the bathroom were rather gross. Wifi was poor as well. "

"The rooms have been successfully renovated. Almost all new and neat. The details make you feel comfortable. It is not a fancy hotel, but you get the service and details as in a 5 stars hotel."

"Because it’s budget friendly, I have stayed twice. My last visit was horrible though. Someone had literally been throwing feces around in the room and it wasn’t all cleaned up. The shower had a patch covering a hole. I asked the staffer what happened and she told someone destroyed that room and that I was first person to stay in it since. I contacted hotels.com and told them about the matter and expected a refund to which the hotel denied and said no staffer ever said that to me. I will never visit this hotel again."

"Pay the extra $10+ and GO ELSEWHERE. Luckily for us, it was just for a night’s sleep. Sink didn’t drain, so we were forced to hand wash/brush teeth in the bathtub. Cockroach crawling on wall near tv area, refrigerator wasn’t cleaned and poorly maintained as it was icing over in the freezer unit. Parking lot is a crazy cluster ***k. Not sure why Wyndham would put their name behind this location. Will not recommend. "
