"The staff was very friendly. No issues there. But the room we were issued was rather gross. Lots of hair through out the room. And the walls in the bathroom were rather gross. Wifi was poor as well. "

"During some past renovation, what must have been wall sconces were replaced with high glare bright white lanterns like car headlights stuck into the walls. It was as close to prison/institutional lighting as you can get. The lighting fixture in the shower area of the bathroom had dead bulbs in it and did not light up; a pleasant escape from the interrogation room lighting in the main room. Their TVs require two different remote controls; one for volume and power and another to change the channels, but one would not necessarily know this as there are no instructions. However, in my room, the channel changing remote would not work despite the desk clerk changing the batteries and also trying a second remote that works on the identical TV in the reception area. What does all this tell you? The guests are the only people doing any kind of quality inspections in their rooms. This is a dump I will never stay at again. "

"The rooms have been successfully renovated. Almost all new and neat. The details make you feel comfortable. It is not a fancy hotel, but you get the service and details as in a 5 stars hotel."

"The room was clean and nice. Didn't really like the floors, due to the humidity, they were kinda sticky feeling. Everything else was nice."

"Because it’s budget friendly, I have stayed twice. My last visit was horrible though. Someone had literally been throwing feces around in the room and it wasn’t all cleaned up. The shower had a patch covering a hole. I asked the staffer what happened and she told someone destroyed that room and that I was first person to stay in it since. I contacted hotels.com and told them about the matter and expected a refund to which the hotel denied and said no staffer ever said that to me. I will never visit this hotel again."

"Pay the extra $10+ and GO ELSEWHERE. Luckily for us, it was just for a night’s sleep. Sink didn’t drain, so we were forced to hand wash/brush teeth in the bathtub. Cockroach crawling on wall near tv area, refrigerator wasn’t cleaned and poorly maintained as it was icing over in the freezer unit. Parking lot is a crazy cluster ***k. Not sure why Wyndham would put their name behind this location. Will not recommend. "
