Charming historic hotel. The beds were very comfortable! The bathroom was spacious and had heated floors.

The room was nice, however the shower pole was not or barely attached to the wall and it fell. Also my previous stays there the continental breakfast was a full breakfast now cereal and coffee. They used to have a restaurant Stanleys and a Bar. Didn’t realize they were closed when we made the reservation. It is now under a new owner.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at The National. Staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area. Room was quiet and comfortable, the hotel Itself is so cute. We will be back!
