All the staff is very friendly. We always enjoy sitting on the wrap around porch, relaxing & looking at the mountains. The inn is within walking distance to Jackson Village."

"Beautiful hotel and location. Plenty of amenities for the family, including a petting zoo. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food service was good. It looks like they are slowly doing updates but much of the hotel is tired looking. I would stay again."

The lobby area was very nice, we liked the lemon water station and coffee station. One of the elevators wasn't working but it didn't hamper our stay. "
