“This was a lovely place to spend our first couple of nights in Costa Rica after a long flight. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfasts were great, as was our evening meal. The accommodation felt vibrant and Costa Rican, which we loved, but could do with a little updating. However, it was still a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We really enjoyed the coffee tour and would highly recommend it.”

“Sure there were a lot of hot tubs but there quite a few that wasn’t working. It seemed like they were in the middle of doing maintenance/ repairs. Do not book the Chalet if you are looking for clean and comfort. The couches were stained, the stairs to the loft is narrow and the walk same walkway was terrifying. You need a wristband to enjoy the “attractions” and you have purchase the breakfast at the reception desk. ”

“Nice location to the airport with very nice garden vibes on the property. They gave us a 3 am ride to the airport to return - amazing! Grocery store across the street was great and they also have a cute kitty and nice little restaurant on site. They also gave us early check-in as we were an hour early.”

“The lobby was nice. The outdoor pool is cleaned would be amazing. There is not a Jacuzzi. But a kitty pool rather that may be slightly warmer than the actual pool. There is quite a bit of unfinished construction in the building. Horribly dirty floors. Our room was not ready for 2 1/2 hours after check-in. However, the front desk gave us a $60 credit to use at one of their restaurants which is actually pretty good. The beds are decent. They were unable to provide towels. ”

“This hotel was amazing, first we had done 2 different reservations (we added a night after), the second night we booked was a suite and the receptionist put us both nights in the suite which we really appreciated of him. Then the room was very clean and all what you need was present. The breakfast was very tasty, the buffet had enough options. A clear safe choice for a starting point in Costa Rica! ”
