“Only good thing about this place was the location. You would never see the staff. Its like you communicating with AI. Long long emails and replies. There is no on site office to go to for check in, check out or for quick info/help. No room service at all unless paid (a lot) extra. 100% not recommended for family or couple. Staff only work with good long long texts and emails. Absolute horrible way of correspondence for such vacation place. Location is good. It has only bunk beds. Worst part……

“The unit was spotlessly clean — we're talking white-glove clean. Beds were freshly made, the place was immaculate, and every corner of the space felt genuinely cared for. It's clear the team takes real pride in the property. Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible.”
