4/5 - Good
Kawasaki is located between Tokyo and Yokohama so its a great location to stay if you want to do both.

It was overall a nice stay. Everything is clean and the free shuttle bus service is really convenient. The view from the room is nice. I have the laundry room on the same floor. So handy. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room. It was so tiny. I have to move some stuff around in order ...

It was so nice to be able to go to the hotel's onsen before catching my flight.

This hotel was great spot! The staff are friendly and it was helpful that they spoke English. The hotel is very close to the train stations, many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room is small (like most hotels in Tokyo) but definitely fine for 2 adults. This hotel is in the red light ...

Check in instructions were pretty clear. Contact the hotel ahead of time to deliver luggage via services like Yamato. The stay was pleasant as I enjoyed the area. The bed was a bit stiff and I had an issue with the room but the staff quickly resolved it. The whole room feels more like an apartment ...

There's not much to Kawasaki city itself. It is best used as a hub or means to get other places you want to see without having to spend exorbitant amounts of money to stay there. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Tokyo or Yokohama.
Kawasaki is a very busy place, but has a surprising number of pleasant amenities.
Hotel itself was nice and the staff accommodating. However, inconven-ient location in an isolated industrial area, with day-time hourly shuttle service from hotel to Kawasaki Station (a 15-20+ min. ride), and surprising cab ride was our takeaway.
Close to our relatives.
I just wish visitors can buy Suica card without charge fee. Buying ticket all the time is a waste of time.
