“I would like to start by saying make sure you are booking the right house. They have a cabin and a cottage. The review says this place is on a lake and they have a pond. Once arriving I found out the pond was exclusively for the cottage. We booked for 5 nights Once walking in everything changed. The restroom smells of mildew and there was mold on the shower curtain. “Cabin was super cozy and relaxing. Communication was very clear and all questions were answered quickly. Loved all of the outdoor seating options and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. My dog enjoyed running all over the property, exploring the paths and chasing birds.”

“The views were amazing! Loved waking up and seeing the lake. We saw deer and a bald eagle. I got to kayak for the first time and be rowed around in the row boat by my husband (even tho they didn't have the proper oars, had to use the kayaks). They were all provided by the host. The only negative is the walk down to the lake. It's steep and what steps are there aren't very usable. Would stay here again.”
