"We arrived at the hotel early, tired and frazzled from our flight, but the staff provided first-class service from the moment we walked through the door. The attendants brought our luggage to the check-in counter, and the front desk stored it while we explored Seattle. When we returned, our bags were neatly arranged in our room. Communication was excellent, and the service at the bar was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions, and the coffee was crafted to perfection. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we only wish our schedule had allowed us to stay longer. We will definitely be back on our next trip!"

"The location is excellent. It's a unique older building totally updated inside. Be prepared for stairs up to your room. The staff is nice and very willing to assist. The room was small but had everything we needed. I wish we had more of a window/view since we were on the 5th floor. There is water on each floor hallway to drink which is nice, and they have lockers to store luggage if needed. Overall it was an easy stay and a great experience, especially for the price. Thank you for being a great host!"

"The property is old as expected. The beds were clean and comfortable. The only issue I had is the internet being unreliable when I needed to work. The price was on par with the rooms."

"I had a very pleasant stay here at the Hotel Max. The location is great, super close to pikes place, just around the corner from the rail to see the Space Needle. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Seemed like everyone was genuinely happy to work there. The room was good, had everything I needed. I found it interesting the shower was in its own little almost closet? Haha a quirk for sure."

"The staff was very good and helpful. Location was excellent. Very close to link light rail and monorail and like place market. Convenient to all locations. Rooms were super clean and room service cleaned up daily."
