“Property is old and there seems to be poor ventilation in the rooms specially washroom as they have a heavy smell. Rooms and washrooms are not clean and mattress, pillows needs to be changed they are dirty and very old, not comfortable. Did not like what seemed as a good stay online. The temporary arrangements on the first floor are chaotic and severely compromise the quality of stay. The staff across the property is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely lacks basic customer service skills.
