“Our host had amazing communication! Check-in was a breeze due to the communication. Kitchen facilities had everything we needed during our stay. The location is SUPERB!!! Only complaint: the bed linens and couch had stains on them… other than that what a beautiful condo! ”

“Everything about this place was easy, clean and very nice. I would note that the couch that pulls out into a ‘bed’ is very, very small. It absolutely does not sleep 2 adults (we are not large humans). That said, we made do with our group of 6 and the provided bedding was very comfortable. Parking was a convenient feature too. ”

“Capital Hill is a great neighborhood. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable. After we left they found some things that we had left in a drawer. They contacted me with a photo, and mailed them back to me. All I had to do was pay the postage. ”

“Planning for a Seattle trip, We looked at hotels close to the train and other properties close to downtown, but this property came up, and we were excited to see it was available to us. This is our first VRBO, and the platform was good. I will admit that I didn't check the amenities very well, and thought it had A/C. It doesn't, but other than the first day, the weather was great for the middle of summer. The property is close to bus transportation, so we never rented a car. Seattle is a...

“Great location, bout a 1.5 mile walk to the pier. We broke it up by stopping for coffee, going thru Chinatown, and seeing Waterfall Park. Cute little apt. The host was in constant communication ”

“We had the chance to stay at this very cute house for a weekend. It was the perfect size for our group of 5 and close enough to all the locations we wanted to visit while still feeling like we were out of the city. Loved that we could catch one bus to get to and from Lumen field!”

“Great stay, exactly as described. Had everything we needed. Conveniently close to public transit and many restaurants and shops & parks. The view from the windows is perfect. ”

“James’ place was perfect for me as a patient attending early morning appts at both Swedish Cherry Hill and up at Swedish 1st Hill too. I appreciated that he messaged me at only at the important times (confirmation, check-in/check out) and the place was very clean & comfy. He mindfully had the air on upon my arrival making it nice & cool and there was plenty free parking available on the street in this nice neighborhood.”

“This townhome was perfect for our group. It was in a great location and nicely furnished. Stores are close to easily stock the kitchen while in Seattle. A variety of restaurants are a close. Light rail is a short walk to take you to the many sites in Seattle or to catch a ferry for a day trip to an area island. Hosts were timely in answering questions and quick to offer suggestions, so you make the most of your trip.”
