“My reserved & paid for room was given away to someone else I found out upon arrival. I had to stay in a double queen room when I booked a king suite. They told me somehow they overbooked. There was no body wash in the shower and barely any toilet paper on the roll. I usually stay at La Quinta and have a good experience but this one was terrible.”

“Our room was very nice, with great lighting for reading in bed. The room was clean and comfy, with a window seat that doubled as a suitcase rest. Wish the soap had been bigger. The staff was nice.”

“Overnight stay took place during renovation work, so that affected how well the tidiness could be maintained. Rooms could benefit from some rehab. Would recommend adding a bottle of body wash to the existing bottles of shampoo and conditioner that are installed on the shower wall.”
