"The carpet throughout was awful and dirty. Our room key did not work to keep the lights on and the shower knob was broken and we could not shower. The manager was very impatient with us when we were the paying customer that didn't have a shower and the power kept going on and off. Other guest were complaining about the slow and rude service as well. The location to the stadium and train was great but stay somewhere else! "

"There really was nothing nearby. The first set of staff was great. Then a young man named Malik was absolutely awful! The employee that checked us out was amazing! When we got there, we had no idea how to turn on the heat on. I was uncomfortable asking Malik how to turn the heat on because he was not cooperative.. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund. We wanted to watch TV when I came to him to let him know that the remote wasn't working. His comment was well then you won't get to watch TV go back to your room. That is why you got a rating of a three. The other two individuals were wonderful."

"Room: Clean room, welcome cake and petals on the bed. Nice and modern with all amenities you’d hope to see. Only negative was that the room was very loud. We could hear everyone’s conversation extremely clearly as they walked past our room which did wake us up, especially as we were by the start of the corridor in room 47\. Hotel as a whole: Grounds were well kept however very quiet. I assume the hotel is a venue for conferences and weddings as lots of function rooms. Staff: Staff were 50/50\. Some lovely others not so warm. Other facilities: Pool we didn’t use. Restaurant not used. Breakfast was nice. A good selection for £10pp and open from 8-11 which we thought was very good, normally breakfast stops at 10 so this was nice to see. Bar was small, it wasn’t busy so it was okay but I could imagine it different if busy."

"Good parking and very clean property. However music from event hall was very loud until 11pm. Music carried on onto the 2nd floor about 3 am til about 5am. Awful night, none of us could sleep. No one yold us on check in that vreakfast was to be pre booked so imagine our surprise coming to breakfast with a child. Was a cery awful night with minimum sleep due to noise. "
