“Liked the location. I didn't read the description well enough to catch that it was upstairs. Struggle getting luggage and grandma up the stairs. Bathroom had an oder...not sure if musty from the washer??”

“This condo was as close to perfect as I could have asked for our family. High end appliances were a nice touch also. Plenty of towels, dishes, and cooking utensils. Looking forward to our next visit and hopefully this condo will be available. Bed was very comfortable in main bedroom.”

The accommodations were perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. My mom uses a wheelchair and walker and she was able to maneuver around the condo without difficulty. There was an elevator and a ramp at the back exit enabling her to get in and out of the building without difficulty. She was able to shower...

“Great location to Bridge and Canal park shops and to Park Point Beach.This lovely stay,blended the best Duluth area has to offer.The condo was very clean and kitchen was organized very well.It was a joy to sit in Living room and see the Ariel Bridge so closely. Lake Avenue traffic was noisy at times, but it was very subdued inside the condo.We enjoyed sitting on deck and when it was raining we simply looked out the large windows and watched the waves roll in.I highly recommend this location.”
