“excellent in every aspect. One of the best onsen hotels we have stayed so far which we have stayed at at least 10 or more onsen hotels throughout the years in Japan. Excellent hospitality and amazing cleanliness and extremely comfortable. The photos defo don't do the hotel any justice! Although the onsen is a bit small and old and also there was no cold water. Overall, would definitely recommend the hotel!”
