“Very quaint and laid back ambience. Normally travellers like us (retired professionals) might not connect with this sort of hostel, but we loved it. Just the kind of place we used to stay in 50 years ago, lots of young (and a few not so young) guests hanging out, doing cooking reading and very impressively clearing up afterwards. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“The hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and hardworking. Room furniture is old style, yet perfectly functional, mattress was comfy and linen pristine. Junior suite is massve, we were told we had an upgrade however the suite we got is what we had booked. We went AI and while the selection wasnt massive, it more than met our needs. As a vegan, there was oat and soya milk and plenty of vegetable dishes, with chickpeas or lentils on most menus. AI drinks wete fine bar closed at……
