“Tutto bene, lo consiglio, anche se qualche dettaglio si può migliorare. Personale gentile e simpatico. Si trova a Guaza, vicino Los Cristianos con bus (imparate come funzionano) passano spesso in tutte le direzioni. Colazione non provata”

“The hotel was fine my experience was bad I had my money and jewellery taken from my room while at breakfast .. the hotel has so far done nothing to check who entered the room or cctv I’ve emailed them twice and called to be told it’s impossible so my experience was not a nice one ”

“Very lucky with our room upgrade nothing special just at the pool side because we a lot of people complained about street noice on the other side. Rooms nice and clean . No A/C is not acceptable for an island with a hot weather . In the morning we have to close our bedroom because of the noice coming from delivery stuff getting ready for breakfast . Breakfast was good for the first 2 days . They offered veggies that you can eat. They test very bad like they were keep in the fridge for a month .……

“Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside ”

“Overall good stay - available parking even though very tight spots, great location really close to the strip and restaurants, big gym, spacious rooms and amenities. The bedding could've been cleaner and it seemed ridiculous to pay for beach towels and to play pool or table tennis, but overall good $$ for value.”
