“Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location near the gondola couldn’t be beat! We were able to set off on several hikes right from the hotel. We loved coming back to our beautiful home base every day. The breakfast was great and the family who runs the hotel was wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay here again!”

“Das Hotel wird offiziell mit 3 Sternen ausgewiesen. Das ist definitiv viel zu wenig. Als Vielreisende können wir das sehr gut vergleichen und beurteilen. Das Hotel liegt an der Jaufen-Passstraße auf halber Höhe, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sauberen, einladenden sehr gutem Wohlfühl-Zustand. Vom Bett und Balkon aus hatten wir eine hervorragende Aussicht. Das gesamte Personal war außerordentlich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und nun, zu……

“Das Zimmer war etwas älter aber dennoch sind die Betten sehr bequem und es ist alles sauber. Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut und es gibt eine gute und große Auswahl. Der SPA-Bereich ist relativ neu und die 2 Saunen sind echt gut. Das Personal ist freundlich.”

“We were greeted by very friendly staff and due to the heatwave we were automatically moved to a lower level big room to ensure our comfort. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely and so is its history. We received a free voucher to the town pool which was a nice surprise. My biggest reason to pick this hotel was its location, could not ask for a better location when traveling alone with one child, one feels safe. The hotel also included a big breakfast with plenty of choices. Sauna/wellness……

“Froh wäre man, wenn einem der Code vorab mitgeteilt werden würde, damit man überhaupt ins Dorf und später zum Hotel kommt. Kein Frühstückstisch vorbereitet und für uns reserviert. Barbetrieb war die ersten 2 Tage nicht aktiv.in den nächsten Tagen kam Beat, der uns hervorragende Drinks zubereitete. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns das Personal, das immer und überall im Weg stand und sich ebenfalls an der Bar aufhielt. Es gab aber auch einzelne Mitarbeiter, die sich sehr bemühten und ihren Job……
