"At first sight upon arrival we started to turn around and find elsewhere. The area and businesses surrounding the property felt unsafe. Once we got inside the property fear changed to excitement. Then we travel to and from Expo Center only to see Churchill Down, Cardinal Stadium, whiskey Row, St. Matthew Mall. To name a few places and the neighborhood was not bad after all. "Very enjoyable stay, easy access to restaurants/stores/sightseeing opportunities, and a very nice property at a reasonable price. The property manager was quick to respond and everything from booking to check in to the stay itself was smooth and hassle free. If we're ever in the area again we'd definitely stay again!"

"Awesome place to stay! Kind of a sketchy neighborhood but the place makes up for itself. Tall fence surrounding the backyard where you can park your car, locked gate as well. In the back is a very nice lounging area with a beautiful kind of glow in the dark mural, and then you can’t get any better than a hot tub. Thanks for the awesome stay!"
