“The best stay ever with family! Tina was very responsive with any questions we had throughout the reservation and up to our stay. Always accommodating and even purchased a baby walker to add the many extras this home has to offer for families with littles. The description on the site is exactly what you will walk into. Will send referrals to this property and book in the future.”

“Had a great time at this property, it was very clean, location within the resort was great and the resort itself felt very safe. Pool area was fun for adults and kids, the bar was nice and all the staff was super friendly! Had a couple questions for the hosts, they were quick to respond and everything was very easy as far as logistics go!”

“The layout of this house is amazing. I loved the number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our 2 families. We enjoyed having a pool/hot tub at the house. My only complaint is that the kitchen is very poorly stocked. I would love to see it stocked with cooking pans, a griddle and a grill. Maybe some more mixing/serving bowls. Utensils for a grill would have been helpful.”

“Both the property and comunication with the property manager were great! The house was very large and in very good condition overall since it is relatively new. There were a few broken items as a result of being used as a rental, but nothing major. My only suggestions are that their should be more bath towels (the room where my wife and I stayed only had one bath towel, but then others had two) and there should be a gas BBQ (I didn't feel that I should have to rent one for a weekwhen we ate out……

“First of all I have to say the property manager was super attentive and always at the end of a text message for issues and sorted them straight away. Positives. The property manager. The cleanliness inside the villa. The space The pool (generally) The hottub. Didn't use the games room but it looked great. Negatives. Unless you are going upstairs (we were only 2 so didn't) the thermostat goes into ECO mode and doesn't cool the house. Daily text message to have to get it set remotely. The pool……

“We had 3 adults, 1 teenager and a 3 year old. This was very spacious and plenty of room for us all. Having tvs in all the bedrooms was great! The beds were comfortable. This was one of many places weve stayed and was by far the cleanest we've ever had. Loved the safety of gated community and was close to all the major activities. Thank you for the amazing memories.”

“The house was clean and spacious. I loved how comfortable the furniture was including the beds. The neighborhood was quiet as well. The location was to the places we wanted to go, but traffic and accidents made the drive much longer. We knew that before we booked. We didn't have time for these but the clubhouse was closed. The pool was under construction and the tennis courts needed some TLC. Would definitely stay there again in the future.”

“House was beautiful and everything needed for a good stay. Property was very nice and surprisingly quiet. Be advised though that traffic getting to and from Orlando is absolutely terrible. An hour to an hour and a half just for a 19 mile drive and it didn't seem to matter the time of day. I realize owners have no control over that. Communication was a little sketchy but overall a great home and good stay.”
