"We came in to check in late after a full day at the parks to not even be greeted upon arrival or even acknowledged. Then we were sent to a room that was not even cleaned yet. No working elevator down five flights of stairs and back five flights of stairs. So obviously the elevator has to be fixed, make sure the room is clean and turned over before you send your new arrivals, there’s a few broken things that need to be repaired and they look like small fixes to make the hotel continue to look good. So before it gets out of hand mend them. "

"We arrived at around 430 and our room was not ready. The girl at the front desk was not friendly and said she would call when the room was ready, but did not. We went to check again around 630 and our room was in fact ready. The view from our room was of the parking lot, however, our room was clean. The restaurant Euphoria on site was just ok. We got bamboozled into going to listen to the vacation club in service which took up 4 hours of our time and stupidly we fell for it. Hours later I came to my senses and revoked immediately, however, the process is stressful. "

"Good location. Hotel and restaurant staff were super friendly. Pool service was scarce, we had to constantly seek them out. Empty plates should be picked up more frequently because it attracts crows and bugs. The rooms were tidy but could be cleaner, the walls and kitchen felt sticky, like it needed a deep clean."

"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful and filled with things to do for people of all ages. The pools and hot tubs were amazing (our family loves swimming). The property itself was just awesome. Being a gated community it really helped make us feel safe. Also, the location is super convenient to entertainment in the area. We will definitely be returning for another stay."
