“We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. ”

“The cabin was nice. The bathhouse required us to get in the car as it was a not near by. Be sure to bring a top sheet and blankets for the beds. Thankfully we had some with us. Overall it met our needs. ”

“We stayed a night after a show at Bryce Jordan. We were able to check in via phone beforehand since we didn’t have time to stop before the show. So happy firewood was for sale after hours because we had the perfect little campfire at our site before going to bed. AC was running prior to our arrival. Thank you!”

“This cabin is amazing! Oh how I'd love to own a place like this. Secluded but close to city and a state park! Loved tne layout, had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and the owner was especially attentive. Wifi is very slow however but with how private it is its no wonder. Loved the firepit out back although the pond was a haven for mosquitoes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely rent again!”

“We spent two nights to enjoy a full day in the state forests. The cabin was very clean. It's exactly as pictured. A small space with a couple beds and a table. The showers are a 2-3 minute walk from the cabin, or a shorter drive. The check-in/check-out process was very easy.”

“Everything you need for a fun stay less than 15miles from State College!We stayed for graduation weekend and loved the rustic decor of the Cabin, the scenic drive through the state park and the cozy quiet of the surrounding forrest. AT&T service was strong, definitely read the drive in and out recommendations of an SUV or a pick up truck. The owner was hospitable with providing snacks, waters and was very responsive and pleasant. We would stay at this property again. ”
