“Cabin appeared newly built and was located in a very private and quiet wooded location. It was close to plenty hiking and sightseeing in Bald Eagle State Forest and surrounding forests. A great retreat that I hope to return to!”

“We had a wonderful Memorial weekend camping trip. Check in was easy. The cabin was clean other then the 2 porches were alittle dirty. They had everything you could possibly need and more. We were a family of 6 with 2 dogs and the cabin was plenty big enough inside and out. 3 min drive to the Poe Valley made it perfect for fishing. Would definitely recommend and stay again!”

“The Cabin exceeded our expectations in every way! The Host was extremely helpful both prior to check-in and during our stay. The wildlife was beyond abundant, The Hot Tub relaxing, The Fireplace both indoors and out back were very relaxing. Wish we had found it 4 yrs ago when we began making the journey to visit our daughter at Penn St. Should we ever return to the area we will definitely stay here again!”

“The property did not aupply sheets or towels even though i have an email that says they do. At 11pm when everyone went to bed we found a different email stating that that costs extra and isnt available without notice. Then the owner decided to keep my security deposit claiming that my dog damaged the sheets that he did not provide. ”
