“The hotel was exactly as described in photos. Clean, classy and very good value for money. We couldn’t hear any guests within property. Shower was powerful and nice and bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable, duvet thick but airy which was the perfect combo. Outside space from the room was well presents and clean. No bad smell and easy check in. Only thing I would critique is we couldn’t open window wide enough for our personal choice and could do with curtains as well blinds as that morning sun……

“Needlessly complicated check in process - why did I have to supply my ID? There is no UK legal requirement for this and most places don't do it. The booking app has my details if anything goes wrong. My room (6) was in a dark lower basement, not listed as such. I asked for upstairs room which was available but it did not have a cooking stove. “Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the

“The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property.
The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience. I asked for 15 minutes to finish my breakfast since checkout time was not yet reached, but the staff insisted on taking……
