“This is our second time staying here, this time for UO graduation. We were happy to see this property come available during this busy time. Prices overall were high due to demand but this was reasonable given the time of year. In the fall it was much lower even though there was a football game. What we like about the property1. Location: close to the school, shopping and restaurants 2. Size: it worked for 3 people. You can turn the living room into a second bedroom if you use the pull out, which……

“Have stayed in this complex twice, excellent both times. Extremely convenient to restaurants and shopping. Unit was just offset enough from the other building that we had a perfect view of the marina and Fourth of July Fireworks show. Everything was great and made our visit the best it could have been.”

“Some cleaning misses: 3rd drawer down in kitchen and behind the couch and scattered areas of the carpet. Heavy comforters too much for old ladies. A few extra blankets would have helped. Right kitchen sink drained slowly and the freezer couldn’t get ice cream above soft serve. Needs a better selection of nonstick pans or better scrubbing utensils. Great Location!! Thanks. ”

He wanted to make sure we knew so that we would not be disappointed when we got there. I appreciated him reaching out. We will definitely stay here again. ”
