“We welcomed the useful car park with my daughter’s pending wedding and ease of access to town. Room was clean but very hot although fan was provided but noisy overnight and didn’t rotate & only one window opened - Despite this and noisy guests in proximity - everything else was good. Breakfast and staff were helpful and especially at breakfast the staff member was pleasant and I noted took time to talk to guests and was very amenable. Thank you for a good stay prior to wedding. 😊”

“The Hotel was great. We arrived around 8pm and did not have an evening meal but breakfast was fantastic. Room was spotless and had recently been refurnished to a high standard. Access was via a steep staircase so anyone with mobility issues may struggle. The only criticism was that the hotel is located on a very busy road junction so traffic noise continued all night and many large noisy lorries using the road. “The property was just lovely the breakfast was yum the staff were all helpful and polite. What truly let the experience down was, The room really needs the furniture re-varnishing it was really worn and scratched truly let the room down. Also the lamps are not bright enough the room was really dark and there was no lamp on the dressing table ?? There are ceiling lights but these were too bright and ruined the ambience. The carpets are really in need of a good clean throughout. Real Shame about……
