“Die Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung sind in Ordnung. Eine U-Bahn Station in der Nähe ist zu Fuß erreichbar und führt in die Innenstadt. Leider war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr schlecht. Der Boden war dreckig und die Bettwäsche sah nicht frisch aus. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass jemand in der Wohnung bis 2 Stunden vor unserer Ankunft noch gewohnt hat. Zusätzlich war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr schwierig. Anfangs gab es keine Antwort von der für die Wohnung zuständigen Person und wir……

“I booked this listing 1 year in advance after booking the owner went up on the per night cost and added an addition $1050 Olympic fee which was not stated on listing (which I paid! the extra fee and the increased rate in full 1 year in advance) I contacted owner 12 hrs before check in as I had not received check in instructions. Owner stated they would meet me at the property vs. giving me check in information. Owner stated they were not required to give check in information until day of check……
