“Clean and cute easy to access.”

“The check in was difficult but properly the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The property is a maze of apartments but has a nice gym and pool.”

“Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay”

“Check-in info could be sent a little earlier. We got it in the middle of our travel and didn't have time to get the apps/etc.. taken care of before we arrived.”

“Floors were dirty, hardly any towels/washcloths, hardly any dishes, only one key fob to use elevator for two parties, and poor communication from host. Paid host to park my car for the week. They failed to register my vehicle and I got a ticket. Completely ignored phone calls and messages after I brought that up. So basically took my money and didn’t use it towards parking. Made me stress out the rest of my vacation about my car getting towed. Never gave us check out instructions. Awful...

“We had a wonderful 12 day stay at the Neon Condo! This pet friendly unit was spacious, the bed comfortable, the towels soft, and the decor was fun. We really liked having 1 1/2 baths. We enjoyed the urban setting and were able to walk to stores and restaurants. The hosts were great communicators. They even provide a sound machine (as the unit isn't sound proof) and a wide variety of drinking glasses. We highly recommend the Neon Condo and would definitely stay here again.”

“The place was conveniently located near the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, which was where the event was that we were in town for. Had everything stocked inside that you might need which was appreciated, even if we didn't use much. The major downfall was the cleanliness. The couch was dirty, cob webs in a lot of corners, there were large piles of dark, long hair in the tub and on top of the toilet paper holder. “We loved the place. Close to everything, I think Walmart was maybe 15 minutes away—that's because of the lights, lol. The hosts were very communicative answered any questions I had almost immediately. My daughters only complaint was we couldn't stay longer.”
