What a delightful oasis outside of Silverton. We have stayed in Silverton before and were looking forward to another small-town experience. Found the Oregon Garden Resort online and didn't know what to expect. The grounds were beautiful and lush, with great walking paths and amazing landscapes. Our room was large and cozy. Our bed was comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. We didn't use the fireplace, but definitely would have if the weather had been cooler. In the morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the private patio which was nice, except for the garden snake friend we made. :). We enjoyed the evening in the Fireside Lounge and the happy hour specials. We missed the live music that evening, but were told it was great. Overall a great find and we'll definitely return one day.
