"This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location."

There were more stairs than we realized (3 of us over 75 years), but we managed. Small negatives: one of the 9 bedrooms was noisy with the heat coming on and off all night and some of the inside doors didn’t close properly."

"We had a great stay at the house! We loved the proximity to the zoo and Coronado Island. The neighborhood was overall very quiet. Our 2 year old loved the yard and we loved that it was fenced in so he was safe to run around. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we were all shocked with the care and the extras (like the tv and surround sound) that were put into the house."

"We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us."
