“We needed a comfortable and convenient place to stay while we drove around exploring the island. This place was perfectly located close to a large supermarket and several eating places nearby. The ability to walk onto the beach in less than a minute was an added bonus. The rooms were very clean with quite comfortable furnishings and a kitchen filled with all the items needed for our breakfast making and simple meals. The air conditioning worked well and the ceiling fans also kept the place cool……

“This location is 12 minutes away from the town of St.Johns and less than 10 minutes away from the airport. Very close to Dickerson Bay which is one of the nicest beaches on that side of the island. Property is well secured with cameras and motion lights. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Denyse the host is onsite so any issues can be addressed immediately. She is very accommodating and professional. An excellent choice for a home away from home atmosphere”

“The bedroom is simple, but clean and a very comfortable bed. Judith is always smiling and very accommodating. We really liked the fact that they have a small café so we could eat on the premises. We would have appreciated a couple more bottles of water in the fridge but we know drinking water is an issue in Antigua. Our only issue was the distance. (About a 20 min. taxi ride.) If you are looking for a budget friendly place we highly recommend it.”

“⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing stay. The resort is old, dirty, and extremely rundown. We had a cockroach and a lizard in our room, and the bathroom was tiny, outdated, and dirty. The staff seemed like they didn’t care, and the front desk was rude and unhelpful. The only good thing about this place is the beautiful beach and water. Unfortunately, that’s not enough for me to recommend staying here. I would not return.”
