“Using Expedia caused me to be given a small room with no counter space in bathroom. I felt disrespected.”

“Plain jane exterior but the room was large, very clean. Would stay there again.”

“The only good thing was the view. Enjoyed the outside seating area. The breakfast was just so so and the area is not the cleanest. Tables are very sticky, (I guess from whatever cleaner they use). You could also use new chairs in the food area. There was not a refrigerator in our room which would have been nice to have.”

“We had a spacious King room with sofa; balcony Lake view. It was comfortable and clean. They had a mini fridge and every morning each floor from 7am-11am had free coffee/tea by the elevators. If you miss that time frame you could go to the restaurant and ask for some for free. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay with excellent staff and a great view. Would definitely stay again.”

“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”

They were short staffed the pool was closed, our bathroom needed help, rust in the sink and floors, cigarette butts all over outside, my friend and I wanted to stay and help her out!!!!! So sad, otherwise a beautiful place , has so much potential!!!! The store next was adorable!!! Pizza was awesome!!!!!”
