“Lovely room and incredibly clean which is nice. However hardly any staff there ever. We had an issue with a couple of things and no one there to sort it so just had to make do. Also at night there is an emergency exit light which is extremely bright and nothing to black it out. The views were really lovely though and the place is quiet. My partner had a lot of difficulty getting into our room though as there was no one at reception and we booked for two. He had to call a number whilst I was at……

"The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was 140 pounds. The fine is 170 pounds, and with Eurocar admin charge 45 pounds. After repeated chasing with Eurocar & Hotels.com they still refuse to waive the amount. Want to get ripped off, this is a good place to start."
