“Tried to arrange everything in advance for a stay with my mum, who has mobility issues. Staff were very accomodating, however, everything was a little further away than they made it out to be. Which did cause some issues. Fine if you are a wheelchair user, but my mum uses crutches to get around. It was not that easy for her. Rooms are very basic, for the price and the attraction of "Horwood House". Be careful, the beds are on wheels, which surprised my mum, as she almost fell off. They are also……

“The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was……

“Beautiful Location, relaxed atmosphere. Good sized room, if a little overpriced. Hotel was clean, toilets well serviced. Walls a little thin (or I had noisy neighbours :-) ) Reception Staff super helpful and friendly. “Staff were lovely and the food was great only down side was the room our bed seemed broken and dipped on one side so I woke up with a sore back. but other than that it was a lovely stay and I would stay again but I would go to a different room. ”
