“Convenient to ATV/Snowmobile trails we were riding”

“This was a nice condo with a kitchenette, coffee pot and microwave. It had a large shower that was really nice. This unit didn't have a whirlpool tub, which was fine, since it was 4th of July weekend, we weren't in the mood for a hot bath. Nice, quiet and the balcony was nice. Pretty view of Lake Superior. Parking out front of the building. Large bed and comfortable. Chairs and ottoman for sitting and relaxing after our hikes. Would have been nice to have dish soap in the kitchenette. My husband……

“An ideal location, with a fabulous view of Lake Superior. Large decks on every room, really relaxing. The hotel is a bit outdated, the keycard readers were hit and miss, the front desk is not well staffed, but it was an enjoyable stay. There is a light breakfast in the morning, nothing to write home about. We did have an eagle fly past the deck multiple times each day, that was amazing! I recommend staying if you are looking for a low key weekend with a fabulous view.”

“We have stayed at Cove Point Lodge many times over the past 10 years. Usually we stay in one of the cabins but the prices have increased so much and coming from Canada it's an additional expense. This time we stayed in a room at the lodge, while the room was very spacious, with a sofa and a balcony, it seemed a bit run down. The screen on the patio door was taped up and falling off. The bathroom mirror was filthy and streaked, the paint was chipping off the wall in places. The sink was……
