I am rating this hotel a 2/5 stars for several reasons. Starting with the rudeness/ lack of availability of the staff. The woman who checked me in was not welcoming, rather rushed the process. She spoke very fast to the point I could barely understand her, she was not friendly and seemed bothered to be assisting me. When the process was complete she simply pointed to the right without giving a detailed description of how to get to my room. This would have been helpful as it was quite difficult to navigate the halls. A very polite custodian saw us looking lost and was very kind to assist. Later during the trip I wanted to purchase an item from the lobby market, but no one was there. I thought about paying at the check in desk, but there was about 7 parties in line with only 2 people working the desk.
The room itself was underwhelming. The bathroom lacked counter space and the showerhead leaked up toward the ceiling. The walls were extremely thin. We could hear the family next door and all of the guests slamming their doors. The patio was small and extremely dirty as there was a mysterious puddle right outside the sliding door. We tried to look for the indoor pool during our stay, but was quickly discouraged. Our room was in building 1, the pool was all the way across the grounds in building 4.
Overall I was very unimpressed and displeased with my stay at this hotel. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again,
