“I couldn’t get the tv to go to just regular channels. There needs to be an explanation as to how it works so that people like me who are technologically challenged can use it. It also said to get in touch with front desk if any issues but there is nothing on the phone to let you do that so you have to get dressed and actually go to the front desk”

“The staff at this hotel is wonderful. They are amazingly helpful. The facilities are well kept and the rooms are kept very clean. The cleaning people clean my room every other day at my request and they kept it very nice. The hotel needs refurbishing as it is very outdated. However, the cleanliness and the staff make up for it.”
