“We think the pool/game amenities may get closed when there are wedding parties. We didn’t know that when we stayed. There was a sign that said closed for maintenance on the door most of the day but it looked like drinks and articles of clothing were in there. “I was asked if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room and clearly asked for a non smoking which was confirmed by the office the next day. It smelled like a 50’s pool hall in the room. I could have asked for a different room but it was late and I didn’t trust that the next room would be any better. In the morning I took my cold shower went to the office to check out dodging someone’s vomit in the parking lot and told the kid about my experience. Luckily for everyone else he’s going to check in……

“The room was fine and I chose this hotel because most of Columbus was booked and what was left was far beyond my budget. I would have no problem staying here again. Only negative was the thumping on the floor from the guest in the room directly above mine. At times, it sounded like they were trying to break through the floor. The hotel was nowhere near being fully booked so I don't know why I had to have someone above me in the first place.”
