“Room clean, staff friendly…”

“We were unable to stay here. When the reservation was made on 02/27/26 I requested a room with a rolling shower. The property staff responded by saying the room that we had booked did not have a rolling shower. I responded back that a walk-in shower would be just fine and did the room we booked have a walk-in shower? There was no response from the hotel staff to my query, just crickets. Since they did not respond back I assumed our room would have a walk-in shower as pictured on the Expedia……

“Staff were friendly and cleaning services were great. There was little variety for breakfast but a clean area. The room was cleaned great each day. The room had a few cosmetic issues, however, nothing to bad. It was a great stay over several nights.”

“There were roaches coming out there bathroom sink. Disgusting!”

“The heater in the room did not work & I was charged 3 times once by Expedia and twice by the hotel now I have to wait for a refund. That’ll take 5 to 7 days. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times never had an issue until now.”

“OK guys. This is a budget hotel... but it was good. The staff was courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. We would have liked yogurt and more juices at breakfast, but there was plenty of waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, and muffins. We were pleasantly surprised with the experience we had for the price we paid. ”

“The property looks nicer in photos, in person it smelt old and not kept up with. The TV in our room didn’t even work and the free breakfast was only cereal and a waffle machine. ”

“First let me say, I don’t normally stay at this kind of hotel; so my review will seem a little harsh. I am going to start with the good things first. The checkin staff were super friendly and the checkin process was really quick. They did not even need a card on file for incidentals. There was ample parking and it is located near many places to eat and shop. I stayed here because it was only 5 minutes away from where I needed to be. Now, here are the flaws.
