"The lady on the night shift was fantastic. My daughter at CSU broke her leg playing hockey. I came up from south Denver to help her in the ER and take care of her. It was a long night. The lady that greet us was wonderful get us checked in and went out of her way to assist. I was tired and on my own managing everything. So her help was a welcome relief. Much appreciated."

" Everything was okay, did ask for a 1st floor room because my husband was on oxygen. They said one wasn't available, but a lady told me she just gave up her room on first floor because she wanted one on 3rd floor. Don't think the front desk person wanted to work hard to please her customers. "
