“Very helpful staff. Clean and affordable room.”

“The room was clean and the staff were polite. The door lock kept alarming when we walked out of the room so the staff said slam the door…then it alarmed when opening the door. The WiFi isn’t great. You need a reservation to eat, which we didn’t know. We couldn’t eat at the property and there is nothing that is a reasonable walk. The property was pretty and quiet.”

“twisting for 39 minutes before someone shows up at reception for check-in. Slippers need to be purchased, hotel music pretty loud until late and from 09am, i can write books about negatives there”

“Nice hotel overall, right at the heart of Bastogne. A real negative for me was the lack of ANY British TV channels.....everything but ! Bordering on disrespectful, I would say, considering the UK's involvement in the freedom of Belgium over two World Wars. Must have been us leaving Europe...previous hotel in Leuven had BBC 1 & 2 !! Also the hotel restaurant is closed on a Monday, and I think Tuesday, but the Bistro next door is open on a Tuesday ( or vice versa) Breakfast is nice though, and……

“Hôtel très jolie dans son ensemble. Les chambres sont incroyables, très bien équipé et super propre . Le personnel est très gentille et serviable. Le restaurant est excellent. Moi qui suis allergique au gluten , j'ai était plus que surprise et heureuse quand on m'a proposé un pain sans gluten . Si je devais donner une seul critique , ce serais la route d'accès qui est dans un état catastrophique... Sinon je recommande cette hôtel qui est merveilleux ”

“Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd, geen gebruik gemaakt van de Spa. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De zuiverheid van de lucht "vette eetlucht) op de gang was onprettig wat onder de kamerdeur de slaapvertrek in trok. In het restaurant kun je voortreffelijk eten met goede kaart.”

“Really nice hotel. Stayed for only one night but had food and drink in the restaurant. Order burgers but steaks came out, staff were very helpful to rectify the order. The desert ordered however took an age to come out. Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night. All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again.”
