“Our experience at the resort was disappointing mainly due to poor maintenance and lack of staff assistance. First, the swimming pool was not properly maintained. There were tadpoles and insects in the water, which made it obvious that the pool had not been cleaned for a long time. We were told to wait while they cleaned it, so we went to do another activity. However, when we returned, no one was cleaning the pool and it was still in the same condition, so we were unable to swim. We also paid……

“The room was in good condition. And the location isn’t too bad. But the staff was kind of aloof. Also the hotel as a whole makes good use of the “angles” online. It doesn’t look nearly as good in person especially the room. Also the rooms have no fridge or anything to heat up food. You can stay at better hotels in Manila for the price you pay here.”

“I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions.”
