The home had everything we needed, and the crib and kids’ toys made it especially great for the little ones.Mornings sipping coffee on the back patio while overlooking the pond were peaceful and exactly what we all needed. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and make some great memories as a family. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“This is a host who NEVER disappoints!! My family and I stayed at one of his other listings and it was amazing so I knew this was going to be the same experience! Located on the Westside of Jacksonville means you will be close to everything and more! The animal theme in the house was great, hot hot water for the shower and comfy bed! Not overly decorative but felt like home. I could go on forever but if you're looking for comfort, safety and relaxation this is your home! Thank you Geoff and Kat……

“This property is very retro which is very cool. However the owner needs to spend a little time fixing things up. The bathroom doors dont close properly. The bedroom light goes on after you flip the switch multiple times. The tv in the main bedroom is broken the bathroom in the main bedroom was marked as do not use… seemed that the chain on the flapper was just broken which is an easy fix. The pool table was awesome but of the six pool sticks only one has a tip on it. The main living room was……

“The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert.”
